Private coaching in fitness and bodywork for individuals, couples and small groups.
Drawing on my training contemporary dance and my skills as a professional stage performer, I use a range of approaches to help you improve your strength, fitness and body confidence. These sessions will also guide you to improve your self-awareness and ability to focus in the present moment.
Techniques available include core fitness, flexibility training and mindfulness practice. All sessions will be designed to suit your individual goals, and at a level of intensity appropriate to your wishes.
I will help you to look and feel younger with routines you can learn easily and will want to stick to. These private sessions can take place at your home at a time of your convenience.
